The results of our fruitful collaboration with Professors Alessandro Poggi (IRCCS Policlinico San Martino, Genoa, Italy) and Mara Zocchi (IRCCS San Raffaele, Milan, Italy) have converged in our latest manuscript, now online in ‘Frontiers in Immunology’ journal.
The W8 cytometer draws the same conclusions that are gathered with confocal imaging and flow cytometry. However, instead of using complex and expensive methods, it performs a quantitative, physical characterization of 3D samples in just a few minutes, without the use of fluorescent labels.
